The anticipation for Season 3 of Black Ops 6 and Warzone is high, mainly because of the rumored content. However, players will have to wait a little bit more as Activision has announced a two-week delay for the season.

The announcement was made through Call of Duty's social media accounts and Season 3 is now scheduled to come out on Thursday, April 3rd instead of its original March 20th date.

After a lackluster season in terms of content for Warzone, with the developers using Season 2 to bring up the game's quality, and with Black Ops 6 facing several cheating issues, the community is waiting for a turn of events in Season 3.

Season 3 will reportedly bring back Verdansk, the first Warzone map that was available when the first iteration of the battle royale launched in March 2020.

The post also mentions that more news are coming in time for Warzone 5th anniversary, which is on March 10, so we can expect some sort of teasers or official confirmation of the map's comeback. Recent leaks suggest the map will feature its original launch layout, with a few additions like access to the stadium's interior.
