Although the current season still has a few weeks left, Season 3 for Black Ops 6 and Warzone is not too far away. This means the game will receive even more content for both its multiplayer and Zombies modes.

Although we are still waiting for any official announcements, we have gathered some details we can expect out of the new season along with leaks and rumors.

Release date

Season 3 for Black Ops 6 and Warzone is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, March 18 at 9:00 AM PT (5:00 PM GMT). Players will be able to preload the respective update a few hours before the season begins.

The season should last around eight weeks, with a major update arriving in the middle to add all the Season 3 reloaded.

Weapons

According to reports from CharlieIntel and TheGhostOfHope, these are some of the weapons we could see arrive in both games throughout the season:

  • Grau (Assault Rifle)
  • HDR (Sniper Rifle)
  • AMAX (Assault Rifle)
  • Kilo 141 (Assault Rifle)

As you can see, all four weapons were originally featured in Modern Warfare (2019). The addition of these makes sense as it will coincide with the return of Verdansk to Warzone, the original map from the first iteration of the battle royale title.

Other details

Here are other minor details about the new season while we wait for more information from official sources:

  • A new battle pass full of cosmetics will be introduced.
  • We can expect at least one collaboration with another IP to take place during the season.
