Season 3 for Black Ops 6 and Warzone is in sight, meaning new additions are coming soon for both games. Players from the free-to-play game will be glad to hear that after a season of little to no content due to the developers committing to improving the game's current state.

Release date
Season 3 for Black Ops 6 and Warzone is scheduled to kick off on Tuesday, March 18 at 9:00 AM PT (5:00 PM GMT). Players will be able to preload the patch a few hours before its release to get everything ready.
The season should last around eight weeks, with a major update arriving midway through to add all the Season 3 reloaded content.
Verdansk's return
Probably the biggest addition to the game coming this season will be the return of Verdansk, Warzone's first map back when the first iteration launched in March 2020.
Although this hasn't been officially confirmed, many reliable leakers such as TheGhostOfHope have revealed this will be the case.
The same source also revealed that the map's version will be the original one and will feature the following details:
- Stadium interior will be accessible but the roof will remain closed.
- Train Station interior will be closed.
- The Train returns.
- The fast-travel subway system won't be included.
- The map Fringe from Black Ops 3 will be a new POI on the map.
Apart from that, we are still waiting for more details about the mythical map's return. It is unclear if Verdansk will be the only large map available on the map or if Urzikstan will remain in the rotation.
