Wasteland Circuit Memento Weapon Skin: How to Claim Explained

Ubisoft have launched today a brand-new time-limited game mode to Rainbow Six Siege called Wasteland Circuit. In this game mode, players must drive their drones and cross the finish line first.

Each game includes three tracks and all drones have access to a wide range of operator abilities, which they can throw to the rest of drones on the circuit. Use your abilities and speed boosts in order to increase your chances to win!

Like in previous Rainbow Six Siege time-limited events, the Wasteland Circuit includes a wide range of cosmetics. The Wasteland Circuit includes bundles for Mozzie, IQ, Brava, and Twitch, as well as selected weapon skins, a universal weapon skin, a universal operator card background, and a charm. In total, the Wasteland Circuit collection includes 33 cosmetics.

Logically, the coolest skin of them all is the hardest to collect; the event's Memento Weapon skin. For Wasteland Circuit, Ubisoft decided to make it exclusive to IQ and Aruni's G8A1. It's not a very popular weapon in the game, as both attackers are very situational. Nevertheless, the skin is logically one that a big part of the community will want to have.

To unlock this Memento Weapon skin, players must first obtain all of the items of the Wasteland Circuit collection. This Memento Weapon Skin is around USD$60 in total, so it's up to you to think if you want to spend the money to unlock this skin.

Unfortunately, unlike in previous time-limited events, players won't be able to use Renown to purchase R6 Event Packs. Therefore, it's important to know that there are ways to get R6 Event Packs for free. We have explained how here.

The Wasteland Circuit Memento Weapon Skin acts like a car engine. It's very different to other Memento Weapon Skins, which have featured futuristic (MUTE Protocol) or mythology elements (Rengoku Event). Whilst it won't be as popular as the one released during Rainbow is Magic, we expect this one to steal the show too.
