Get ready, Valorant fans, because a new agent may land in the game soon. In a video called released on Valorant's official X account, we see an unknown character jumping off an airplane. Nothing more, nothing less.

While the character doesn't say anything, the message "¿quiubo, Valorant?" makes us think the new agent's country of origin is Hispanic.

Looking at the table, we can see what looks like an Arepa, a typical dish from South American countries like Colombia and Venezuela. Therefore, it's likely that Valorant's agent 27 comes from a country in that region.

So far, Valorant's only Hispanic agent is Reyna, who comes from Mexico. She was released to the game in patch 1.0 back in June 2020.

Shortly after the release of Valorant's teaser, some popular Valorant leakers like ValorLeaks gave the fans some exclusive information regarding agent 27. According to them, Valorant's new agent will be an initiator from Colombia.

The last Initiator released to the game was Gekko, which came out alongside patch 6.04 in March 2023.

Although teasing upcoming Valorant agents is always good news, it's too early to talk about a release date. However, considering that Episode 10 is coming in January, we believe this new character could be added at the start of the upcoming season.

Overall, December will be a good month for Valorant fans as Neon's reign of terror will end with the release of patch 9.11, which will introduce a huge nerf that will affect her slides and her ultimate ability.

However, while Neon's nerf has been widely welcomed by the community, fans have already expressed their negative thoughts about the pinging system changes, since those made on the map will not show up in the world.
