Valorant's Season 2025 Act 3 is finally here. Adding a new battle pass, the Valorant Divergence bundle, a change in the competitive map pool rotation, and multiple agent tweaks, the new season should make things a bit spicier.
However, as we approach Valorant's fifth-year anniversary, the Season 2025 Act 3 official trailer has shed some light on the game's nearest future; and it's fair to say fans have got more reasons to be thrilled.
Around the second 0:25 of the Season 2025 Act 3 trailer, we can see Phoenix and Astra taking a site from an unknown map. In other words, this is a tease of an upcoming map coming to the game.
Unfortunately, it's too soon to know if this rumoured new map will be added to Competitive or if we're just talking of a Casual or Team Deathmatch map. Regardless of that, players are already thinking of the positive and hope to have it added to every possible playlist.

The last brand-new map added to Valorant's Competitive playlist was Abbys. It was released with patch 8.11 on June 11, 2024. Therefore, it makes sense to think that, after almost a year, Riot Games would add a new Competitive map, especially considering the game's fifth anniversary is just around the corner.
