Gen.G Esports have joined Rainbow Six Siege's competitive scene after picking up ENCE's former roster.

The players knew about ENCE's decision before the start of the Malta Cyber Series: VIII, as the Finn organization made an announcement before the start of the tournament. In the official statement, ENCE's CEO Mika Kuusisto admitted the brand "failed to commercialize our R6 operations with the limited skin sales and partnership opportunities."

The players' departure from ENCE was bittersweet as they won the Malta Cyber Series: VIII afer a 3-2 win against Fnatic in the grand final. Over a month after ENCE's decision, the roster's most immediate future in Europe's Rainbow Six Siege scene is now clear.

The French-majority lineup will compete in the Europe and MENA League 2025 as an Affiliated Team, taking ENCE's spot. The roster will include all of the players that won the Malta Cyber Series: VIII, including the former Wolves Esports player Rahian "Asa" Ramos, who had temporarily joined the team to replace Hugo "Ra1koss" Kneip in the off-season tournament.

With Rio de Janeiro's RE:L0:AD being exclusive to R6 Share 2025 Partnered Teams, we will have to wait until June 2025 to see Gen.G Esports first steps in Rainbow Six Siege's competitive scene.

Here's Gen.G Esports' roster for the Europe and MENA League 2025 season:

  • Ilhan "Nayqo" Jabbari
  • Christopher "SkyZz" Jauleski
  • Théo "AzoXx" Eudine
  • Jimmy "DEADSHT" Vojtasik
  • Rahian "Asa" Ramos
  • Erdal "Akhdar" Coti (Head Coach)
  • Maxime "Bolt" Nourrigat (Assistant Coach)
