Fortnite is about to enter its next Season, so that means the current Galactic Battle theme will be ending soon. Since this Season is ending soon, players have one final live event to try getting last-minute prizes. Called Death Star Sabotage, this harkens back to classic Star Wars, but with unique twists here and there.
Because fans want to see what’s next for the game, they want to know what time Fortnite’s Death Star Sabotage live event starts. It is the last time players will be able to get some of these Star Wars skins, at least for a while. This should also lead to a teaser that shows fans what will be coming next.
What time does Fortnite’s Death Star Sabotage live event start?
Gamers will be able to participate in the Death Star Sabotage live event on June 7 at 2 PM ET. The “doors” will open at 12 PM ET, giving players a head start before they start shooting and building forts at night.
It’s the first major live event that features Fortnite’s story prominently since the Collision event in Chapter 3: Season 2. Considering the game’s reputation for hosting these crazy crossovers, fans will appreciate getting some lore from the original universe. Granted, it has plenty of Star Wars connections, but that’s just the nature of the beast.
What should we expect from Fortnite’s Death Star Sabotage live event?
As the name suggests, fans should expect plenty of Star Wars fan service before the actual lore of Fortnite rears its head. The theme for Fortnite’s next Season could also be teased, since that’s really what players want to know.
Netflix and Epic also announced a collaboration between Fortnite and Squid Game, so skins from that show could pop up in the next Season. However, that’s just speculation, but we do know that the crossover for this property is coming.
