
FaZe Clan have become the first South American side to qualify for the Siege X Esports World Cup after taking down Ninjas in Pyjamas following 7-2, 7-3 victories on Chalet and Bank.
The Six Invitational 2025 champions headed to the playoffs after finishing in second place in the group stage following six victories and only three defeats. In their BO1 against Ninjas in Pyjamas, the current world champions had claimed a flawless win.
Although today's map wins weren't as one sided, the Brazilians didn't struggle to defeat the ninjas. Jaime "Cyber" Ramos was the best player of the game with a SiegeGG rating of 1.70 after collecting a K-D of 24-8 (+16) and an outstanding entry balance of 7-0 (+7).
While FaZe Clan have become the first mix of players to qualify for the Siege X Esports World Cup 2025, the team will be joined by the winner of the series between FURIA Esports and w7m esports later today.
With this victory, FaZe Clan have also secured themselves at least 50 SI Points, which could be extremely necessary in the future towards a potential Six Invitational 2026 qualification.
