Act III of Episode Heresy in Destiny 2 has given players the chance to earn the final intrinsic perk upgrade for the Barrow-Dyad exotic SMG. To do so, you must complete the Dyadic Perfection quest.
If you've been keeping up with the seasonal story, obtaining it shouldn't be that much work. If you've been slacking a little bit, then we'll break down everything you need to know about it.
How to get the Dyadic Perfection quest in Destiny 2
First off, you need to complete some prerequisites to be able to claim the Dyadic Perfection quest. Obviously, having completed the Dyadic Ascension quest is a must, as this mission will grant you access to the first four intrinsic upgrades for the Barrow-Dyad.
Then, you need to be up to speed with the seasonal story quest. During Act III you'll be able to unlock the returning Sunless Cell strike. It's the first time we've seen it in Destiny 2, being one of the original Taken King strikes.

If you've completed the above, then the Dyadic Perfection quest should pop up when you talk to the Shaping Slab.
Sunless Cell strike Taken Osseous Fragments
Like Dyadic Ascension, you'll need to pick up a total of six Taken Osseus Fragments. This time, you'll find them in the Sunless Cell strike. Here are the locations.

The first fragment in the strike
When you're in The Mausoleum area that goes directly into The Fountains you'll see the fragment shining bright right in front of you.

As soon as you pick the first, follow the waypoint as usual. Then, when you spot this pillar, climb to the very top and you'll find the second fragment.

For this one, drop from the area where you picked up the second fragment and walk in a straight line. Drop to the fountain's lower area and take a right. Keep moving forward until you reach another right turn. Instead, turn left. It's a dead end, but you'll find the third fragment here.

Now at The Asylum, use the left staircase and look over the edge to spot the fourth fragment.

In that same staircase, move a little to the right and peek over the edge once more to spot a small platform. Turn around to spot a small cave where you'll find the penultimate fragment.

The final can be spotted after you defeat the Subjugator. Pretty easy.

After you've done with those, simply complete the strike to unlock the final Barrow-Dyad intrinsic perk upgrade.
