Cloud9 have been confirmed to be knocked out of RE:L0:AD after being picked by M80 in Round 5's draft.

As Cloud9 already used their Extended Mag Card, the Americans playing against Fabian "Fabian" Hällsten's players means they can only reload four bullets, ultimately meaning the blue roster can only get to 19 bullets. This number will automatically fall to 17 if Cloud9 lose a round against M80.

Considering the winners of the clashes between Team BDS and BNK FEARX, Team Secret and Wildcard, and FURIA Esports and FaZe Clan will always finish with more bullets than Cloud9, and with only three RE:L0:AD Playoff spots left to be awarded, there's no mathematical way for the North American lineup to reach the next stage.

Although Cloud9 have already been confirmed to miss out on the playoffs, the roster will have to play against M80 anyways. The green team had a great start to the competition as they beat Team Falcons and PSG Talon, but fell on maximum overtime against w7m esports and conceded a one-sided 1-7 defeat against Team Secret.

With the North Americans using their Extended Mag Card against Cloud9, this means they could end the day with 21 bullets, as they currently own four bullets, will get back 14 in case of a win, an extra one for eliminating Cloud9, and could get an extra two if the result is a flawless victory.

As of now, six teams have been officially knocked out of RE:L0:AD. On Day 3, PSG Talon became the first team to be eliminated after losing their 1v1 Duel against Elevate. One day later, Team Liquid, SCARZ, Fnatic, and Spacestation followed.
