Into The Breach have decided to part ways with the team's academy roster, which recently made its debut in autumn's R6 South Breach 2024. The news comes just over three weeks after the organization parted ways with their former Europe League lineup.
Although the organization is parting ways with the roster, the brand will continue to support the players until the conclusion of November, according to the team's announcement on X.
In Europe's Tier 2, Into The Brach's academy roster was known as one of the best of its kind in the region. The team featured in the R6 Central Combine and Europe's LCQ for the BLAST R6 Major Montreal. It's also worth mentioning that the academy roster defeated the team's main lineup in the Europe League 2024 Stage 2 Qualifier Playoffs.
Following the team's decision to part ways with the roster, the players are now looking for a new organization to represent. So far in the R6 South Breach 2024, the now-former ITB Academy roster is 1-0 up in the group stage after the team's 7-3 victory against Mitsura Project, an organization-less roster led by the former Wolves Esports player Bastien "BiBooAF" Dulac.
