Just like promised, EA and DICE have released the first trailer for Battlefield 6, the long-awaited next entry in the popular shooter series.
The campaign-focused trailer starts with a speech from the United States president, acknowledging a "monstrous" attack on the country, thanking the people serving on their behalf, and threatening the authors of the catastrophe.
That is the setup for the game's main story, with the trailer showing a grand-scale war taking place in the middle of Manhattan and an iconic shot of a helicopter flying through the DUMBO neighborhood.
The trailer does a good job at showcasing the level of destruction this game will offer, something players were able to get a glimpse of thanks to the leaks from the private tests of the Battlefield Labs program.
For those who haven't seen it or if you want to give it another look, here is the reveal trailer:
As revealed by the trailer, the official multiplayer reveal will take place next week on Thursday, July 31st. The game's official website confirms an event will take place on that day, where we will probably get gameplay with the help of several content creators and some inside from the developers.
A release date hasn't been revealed for the title, however, a reliable leaker previously reported that the game is scheduled to come out on Friday, October 10th, 2025. The report (which you can check here) also provides details on the game's editions and their prices.
