The mid-season patch for Overwatch 2 Season 18 is around the corner, and the collaboration event with Persona 5 will also go live soon. This will be the only crossover event in the current season, as it will last less than previous ones.
Now that the event has been officially revealed, we have gathered all the important details, including the list of skins, so you can prepare accordingly.
When does the Overwatch 2 x Persona 5 collaboration come out?
The Overwatch 2 x Persona 5 collaboration is slated to go live on Tuesday, September 15th, at 11:00 AM PT (7:00 PM BST), after the mid-season patch comes out. An end date hasn't been disclosed, but we expect the event to last between two to three weeks.
Overwatch 2 x Persona 5 skins
The Persona 5 crossover event will bring five new skins based on the Phantom Thieves. Here are the heroes getting a skin, along with each character they represent from Atlus' title:
- Joker - Wuyang
- Panther - Mercy
- Queen - DVa
- Fox - Lifeweaver
- Skull - Genji
We expect all five skins to hit the shop once the mid-season update goes live, and each one will have some minor cosmetics to go with them. Those minor cosmetics could include Victory Poses, Emotes, and even Highlight Intros.
All the skins will be available through a big mega bundle, but they can also be purchased separately, as is always the case.
A price hasn't been revealed, but it should follow the same format as previous collaborations. The mega bundle should cost around 5900 coins, each skin bundle around 2800 coins, and each individual around 1900 coins.
