
Virtus.pro qualified for Rainbow Six Siege's Esports World Cup 2026 after a rock-solid 2-1 victory against Geekay Esports. Although the Bears needed three maps to beat Geekay Esports, their lost map was a maximum overtime defeat on Chalet. The rest of maps ended in comfortable 7-3 and 7-2 wins on Lair and Fortress, respectively.

As already seen during the group phase, Virtus.pro were led by Pavel "p4sh4" Kosenko and Nikita "RORICK" Kruchinkin with SiegeGG ratings of 1.43 and 1.33. Both players were highly consistent during the whole series, scoring positive ratings in the three maps played.
Incredibly, p4sh4 finished the series with an entry balance of 10-1 (+9). While he only secured one entry on Lair, he went 4-1 (+3) on Chalet and 5-0 (+5) on Fortress. Despite his outstanding opening kill numbers in the match, before the game against Geekay Esports, the Russian had a combined group phase entry balance of 11-14 (-3).
In Geekay Esports, Evan "Yoggah" Nelson was the best player in the team with a SiegeGG rating of 1.10. The rest of players in the team scored SiegeGG ratings of 0.85 and below.
Despite the loss against Virtus.pro, Geekay Esports still have a chance to qualify for Rainbow Six Siege's Esports World Cup 2026. If the team manage to beat Rebels Gaming in the Lower Bracket Quarterfinals, they will book their place to be in Paris, France, next month. It would be good news for the team, as Geekay Esports' last international apperance to date in Rainbow Six Siege was the Esports World Cup 2024.
Meanwhile, Virtus.pro's victory means the Bears will be in Rainbow Six Siege's Esports World Cup 2026. It will be their second, as they qualified for last year's, and their second international event in a row since the team signed RORICK, Ilhan "Nayqo" El Jabbari, and Christopher "SkyZs" Jauleski.
