Season 2025 Act 4 of Valorant is just around the corner, and many are waiting for the reveal of the new map, Corrode.

Although the official reveal will take place before the finals at Masters Toronto, the map's name and a few other details have leaked. While we wait for more information, we have gathered everything we have about the new location.

When is the Valorant map Corrode coming out?

Corrode is scheduled to come out for all Valorant players on Wednesday, June 25th, exactly when Season 2025 Act 4 goes live. The map will be added to the game with patch 11.00, but it won't be available right away.

Players will have to wait until the new act begins to be able to enjoy games on the new location, whether it is through casual matches or Competitive.

The map's official reveal will take place on Sunday, June 22nd, where several content creators and even ex-pros will participate in a special showcase on the map before the finals of Masters Toronto.

Where is the new Valorant map Corrode located?

As mentioned in the official description leaked by VALORANTLeaksEN on X, Corrode is located in France. The map takes place in a decaying French fortress on Omega Earth that has been turned into a Radianite salt mine.

The leaked description also mentions that this is a three-lane map, featuring 2 spike sites and "plenty of layered defensive angles and fallback spots."
