The new Act is almost here and to celebrate the start of a new year (and the arrival of the new agent Tejo), Riot has released a cinematic trailer.
The trailer starts by showing the end-of-year scenes we saw in the player card cosmetics that were given away through the in-game event, like the agents having a barbeque or partying. Then it shows some agents going into missions in different locations, most of them unknown.
Tejo is revealed towards the end of the video and he meets up with Brimstone before blowing up a bomb. Here is the cinematic in case you haven't checked it out:
The trailer reveals at the end a name change for the season's format, dropping the Episode title and now having Season 2025 as a prefix for the acts.
Since this is a trailer for Season 2025, which will probably last more than three acts, it is believed some of the locations shown in it will probably turn into in-game maps.
Abyss is the newest map in the game and it was added back in June 2024, which means the addition of a new one should be close. However, there is no news about it for the moment. You can read about all the additions coming with Season 2025 Act 1 here.
