It won’t be easy, but several characters can counter the rage of Ultron. Realistically, any character can counter Ultron if players are skilled enough, but not every player can master these heroes and villains. However, they can learn to use a few of these characters really well.

Emma Frost
Not the most obvious choice, but Emma Frost stands a good chance against this angry synthezoid.

Her shield can block some of his aerial attacks, lessening the damage done to teammates on the ground. She can also use her mind crystal attack to hit the character, even when they’re in the air. Finally, her ultimate attack can stop his actions and even bring him down, making Ultron easier to hit.

Despite being the most “normal” Avenger in Marvel Rivals, Hawkeye is a very good choice to fight Ultron.
The character’s near-infinite amount of arrows will ensure that he eventually hits Ultron in the air. His wind arrow can also bring down flying characters, making him the ideal character to use against the villain and other flyers. If those weren’t effective enough, his ultimate attack can also lead to more opportunities to hit the character, maybe even kill him briefly.
Cloak and Dagger
These two often go against the world, so seeing them beat Ultron shouldn’t be too surprising.

Whether she’s Loki’s daughter or Odin’s daughter, Hela can unleash hell on Ultron in Marvel Rivals.
The Queen of Hel’s regular attacks have plenty of range and do plenty of damage, letting her take out this automaton fairly easily. Similarly, her explosive knives and stun attacks can also keep him grounded for more hits. It won’t be long before he becomes a feast for Hela’s crows, though we doubt they can eat metal.
