Rainbow Six Siege X players can only get the Rengoku Event Memento Weapon skin by first unlocking all of the Rengoku Event bundles. In total, that includes 33 skins.
The Rengoku Event bundles can be purchased in Rainbow Six Siege X's in-game store with R6 Credits, which can only be acquired with real money. Players can also unlock the Rengoku Event skins by opening the Rengoku Event Packs, which can be acquired with R6 Credits and Renown.
How much is the Rengoku Event Memento Weapon skin?
The Rengoku Event Memento Weapon skin can't be purchased directly, as players must first unlock the 33 skins in the Rengoku Event collection. However, to unlock the Rengoku Event Memento Weapon skin, a player could have to spend between 8,640 and 9,600 R6 Credits, which is the equivalent of between USD$65 and USD$75.
The price just mentioned is for those players who have only opened the Rengoku Event Pack that Ubisoft hands for free.
