FURIA qualify for Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup 2026

FURIA qualified for the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup 2026 after a 2-1 victory against Ninjas in Pyjamas. The Black Panthers had the better start with an 8-6 win on Kafe Dostoyevsky, which was quickly overturned by the shinobi with a 7-3 win on Lair. Finally, FURIA bounced back with a 7-4 win on Fortress.

This is the Black Panthers' second consecutive qualification for Rainbow Six Siege's Esports World Cup 2026 as the team achieved a third-place finish in last year's edition. With a complete different lineup, the Black Panthers are hopeful to secure a similar result this year.

This result also gives FURIA the chance to redeem themselves after a poor showing at the BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City. Shortly after winning South America's Kickoff, the Brazilians were eliminated from the competition held in Utah after three consecutive defeats, one of them against Chinese international rookies All Gamers. So far, that's China's only victory against a non-APAC team in Rainbow Six Siege.

FURIA's next opponent will be Team Liquid Alienware as the Blue Cavalry took down the back-to-back Six Invitational champions FaZe Clan. The winner will reach the region's grand final.

Meanwhile, Ninjas in Pyjamas will play against LOS as the winner of the series will take South America's final spot at the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup 2026. Before them, LOUD and FaZe Clan will face off.
