China's top flight is getting close.

The CN League 2026 Stage 1 has surpassed its equator after the conclusion of the league's third week. After most teams have played six matches each, we finally now a solid picture of how the standings may look like by the conclusion of the split.

Here's a look at the league so far following the conclusion of the CN League 2026 Stage 1 Week 3:

All Gamers first regional defeat since Dec. 2025

All Gamers have ruled China with an iron fist since the project was built in May 2025. During the GVC Pioneer Series, the team only lost three games. Meanwhile, since the start of the CN League 2026, the team had won all of their matches and had only lost one map; until this weekend.

Against TYLOO, All Gamers started the series positively with a 7-4 win on Nighthaven Labs. However, the Chinese-majority squad lost on Border; precisely the only map they lost during Kickoff (6-8 vs. Wolves Esports). Finally, TYLOO closed out the series with a 7-5 win on Chalet.

Curiously enough, All Gamers' last defeat in China before this weekend's was also against TYLOO; a 5-7 defeat against them on December 7, 2025.

Only two days later, All Gamers bounced back with a rock-solid 2-0 victory against Four Angry Men, who have been struggling since the team lost Park "Gotti" Geon-Woo to Weibo Gaming.

EDward Gaming's unbeaten run still alive

With All Gamers shockingly falling to TYLOO, EDward Gaming and TYLOO are the only unbeaten teams left in the league. However, their positions in the league are slightly different: EDward Gaming's victories came in regulation fashion whilst three of TYLOO's six wins are 2-1 scores.

Therefore, realistically, EDward Gaming have a very strong shot at securing the league's group phase top seed as they have one match less than their archenemies All Gamers.

Individually, EDward Gaming have been just exactly as we remembered. So far, the three highest-rated players in the league play for EDward Gaming, with the team's most recent signing Yin "Reif" Tianao (1.46) currently leading the standings. His teammates Cheng "Direction" Yabing (1.43) and Lin "Carpe" Haoran (1.37) currently sit in second and third, respectively.

Although viewers will likely focus on Direction, who was the best player by a mile during CN League 2026 Kickoff, we think international viewership should also pay attention to Carpe, who currently holds an entry balance of 22-2 (+20) across ten maps.

TYLOO and Leviatán in the race for Paris

Before the start of the CN League 2026 Stage 1 people expected All Gamers, EDward Gaming, and Four Angry Men to lead the Esports World Cup 2026 race in the region. However, with Four Angry Men struggling to deliver the expected results, it seems like there's an extra spot up for grabs. As things stand, TYLOO and Leviatán are the main candidates to qualify for Paris.

TYLOO's unexpected victory against All Gamers, combined with their 2-1 win against Leviatán, has shaken up the standings; they are in third place with 15 place despite having yet to play against My Queen, One Coin, and EDward Gaming. Although they are expected to fall against the latter, TYLOO's recent results makes us think they should comfortably secure wins against My Queen and One Coin, teams who have only managed to beat POZY or Titan Esports Club.

Meanwhile, Leviatán find themselves in a similar position. Leviatán's 13 points should be enough to secure a Top 6 finish; however, their schedule is fairly more difficult than TYLOO as they have yet to play against EDward Gaming and All Gamers before playing against Titan Esports Club. Realistically, Leviatán are projected to finish the group stage with 16 points. This should be enough for them to claim a fourth-place finish, qualifying for the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals.

Four Angry Men secure first win since Gotti's departure

After four back-to-back defeats in the CN League 2026 Stage 1, the BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City-bound Four Angry Men secured their first win of the stage after 7-5, 8-6 wins against One Coin.

Although this was certainly a positive result for the team, Four Angry Men went back to losing ways after a 0-2 defeat against All Gamers on the following day. At the time of writing, the team sits in ninth place with three points, only one point behind One Coin, who are in sixth place; the last one with access to the playoffs.

The calendar definitely gives Four Angry Men plenty of hope to reach the playoffs as they have yet to play against KINGZONE eSports, My Queen, and POZY. Although their match against KINGZONE eSports will be a tough one, they should secure victories against the latter two. By doing so, they would realistically have a shit at the playoffs. However, they don't look in shape to sneak in the final Top 4 and compete in the Esports World Cup 2026. Only time will tell.
