Season 4 Reloaded for Black Ops 6 and Warzone has been officially revealed, with a new blog post listing all the additions coming for this second half.

Although the additions are not plentiful, we now have all the details, so you know what to expect. We have prepared a summary to give you a better idea of what's coming to Treyarch's title.

When is Black Ops 6 Season 4 Reloaded coming out?

Season 4 Reloaded of Black Ops 6 and Warzone is scheduled to begin on July 3rd at 9:00 AM PT (5:00 PM BST).

PC players will be able to preload the update one or two days before to have it ready for release. On the other hand, the preload for console players should begin a few hours before the midseason drops.

Weapons

The midseason update brings two new weapons to the game: the Olympia and the Pickaxe. The former is easily recognizable by fans of this franchise, as this is the classic double-barrel shotgun. Then we have a new melee weapon with a medium attack speed and a short range.

Both weapons will be rewards from future events, meaning players will have to grind the game once the corresponding events go live to unlock them.

Maps

Just like with the weapons, two new maps are coming in the second half of the season. The first one is not entirely new, as it will be a remastered version of Fringe, the map from Black Ops 3.

The second one is called Eclipse, and this is a small 6v6 and 2v2 map that takes place inside an underground nightclub. Activision released the following trailer, which shows us gameplay of the two maps:

On top of the new additions, the midseason will bring Cel-Shaded variants of the following maps: Nuketown, Babylon, Skyline, Stakeout, and Grind. These new versions will give the already existing maps a more cartoonish look, which will go well with the upcoming Beavis and Butt-Head collaboration.

Multiplayer and Zombies mode

On the multiplayer side, one new mode called Party Ops will be added. As per the official description, this mode will feature a random selection of party theme minigames, and the player with the highest score at the end wins.

On the other hand, Zombies is getting two new LTMs, and here is a list of them, along with the official description:

  • Starting Room: Inspired by the starting room in the classic “Moon” Zombies map, drop in with up to three of your Zombies crew into a more straightforward but challenging experience where you’re locked into the first zone of a map. Raptor One is gone, and those undead hordes are only getting stronger, but all doors in the initial zone are locked. Survive to the highest round you can!
  • Abomination Challenge: Enter a warped version of Liberty Falls during this new Mid-Season Event, and hunt down an ultra-powered-up Abomination. Perhaps it’s wise to bring backup.

Other details

Here are other minor additions coming to the game with the Season 4 Reloaded update so you don't miss out on anything:

Beavis and Butt-Head in Warzone Rebirth Island
  • Beavis and Butt-Head from the animated series will be added as new operators.
