Fortnite has finally confirmed they're having a collaboration with Adventure Time. Cosmetics based on the Cartoon Network show will arrive at the battle royale this April 11.
The battle royale has no shortage of unique crossovers, and this will be the first time Epic will collaborate with a Cartoon Network show. Seeing this crossover does spark hope that more collaborations with other Warner Bros. Discovery IPs can continue to happen amid a heavy investment by Disney.
The news of an Adventure Time was heavily rumored and leaked in the past few weeks. When Epic Games drops a new update, dataminers are quick to find files teasing upcoming content. It was no different this time.
The teasers shared by Epic essentially confirm four skins are coming: Finn, Jake, Princess Bubblegum, and Marceline. According to leaks by HYPEX, the collaboration will be massive as each skin will have at least three different cosmetics. These can range from back blings, Fortnite Festival instruments, emotes, and even car designs inspired by these characters.

All the items will be available via the Fortnite Item Shop this April 11. As for how long they'll be in the store, it remains to be seen. Expect them to at least be available for a couple of weeks, although they could stay as a featured bundle for a few extra weeks.
In terms of exclusive quests, sadly, nothing has been leaked. It doesn't look likely that the Fortnite x Adventure Time will get quests to boost your XP or earn free rewards. It could still be a possibility, but with none of the dataminers sharing information, don't hold your breath.
