Here is the best Battlefield 6 assault class loadout:

Battlefield 6 Beta
Credit: EA, DICE

Primary Weapon – NVO-228E (Assault Rifle)

The NVI-228E is the best standout choice in the beta, as it offers exceptional mid-to long-range damage while also being effective up close. Its high damage output and consistency make it the backbone of the assault kit, synergizing perfectly with the class's aggressive push potential.

Secondary Weapon – P18 (Sidearm)

The P18 is currently the only sidearm option available in the beta. This secondary weapon will be your last resort weapon once your primary run is dry. While it isn't exceptional, it can finish off weak enemies in a pinch.

Gadget One – M87A1 (Shotgun)

The M87A1 is an extremely powerful pump-action shotgun that is capable of one-shot kills at close range. With it as a secondary primary weapon, you can dominate in confined spaces and still save your NVO-228E ammo for ranged fights.

Gadget Two – High Explosive Launcher

While the High Explosive Launcher isn't great against tanks, it's ideal for breaking enemy cover and flushing infantry out of hiding. It's an extremely strong utility pick for aggressive players.

Throwable – Fragmentation Grenade

Lastly, a frag grenade completes the loadout by offering an additional layer of explosive pressure to take out defenders and clear objectives.

This loadout highlights the Assault class's strengths, i.e., speed, firepower, and adaptability.

By pairing the NVO-228E with the M87A1, you will be ready for any range, while explosives and grenades will keep the pressure high. It's a build that is designed for pushing objectives and dominating close- to mid-range battles.
