ARC Raiders is Embark Studios upcoming shooter. The Swedish game developers, who are also behind the free-to-play shooter THE FINALS, have created massive expectations in the latter days as ARC Raiders' release date is quickly approaching.
With the game's pre-orders now live and a unexpected open beta coming in the upcoming weeks, shooter fans are whiling to give this one a shot. However, it's important to know when the game will be released. So, say no more; we have the information right here!
When will ARC Raiders be released?
ARC Raiders will be released on October 30, 2025. The shooter will be released on Steam, Epic, PlayStation, and XBOX.
While Arc Raiders is expected to go live late October, Embark Studios will give players a chance to try out ARC Raiders between October 17 and October 19. This open beta has come as a surprise as nobody had expected it until yesterday's official announcement. Logically, the open beta will be free-to-access, meaning players who're interested in acquiring ARC Raiders will be able to give the shooter a solid shot.
However, that will be their only chance to play ARC Raiders for free: ARC Raiders will be an USD$40 video game, with the Deluxe version going up to USD$60, as confirmed by ARC Raiders themselves.
Making the game so expensive while many other shooters are free-to-play these days is a risky decision, which hasn't been welcomed by a large part of the community. However, there are a lot of players who're happy with Embark Studios' decision, as they believe locking the game behind a pay wall means the odds of having big numbers of cheaters is lower.
