Team Secret has decided to part ways with Jack "Virtue" Grannan and Dawid "Gruby" Marciniak following the roster's group stage elimination from the Six Invitational 2025.

While Team Secret has yet to make the decision official, the Australian shared him and the Polish player are no longer part of the roster, as per his post on his personal X account (formerly Twitter) on February 10.

The Six Invitational 2023 champion joined Team Secret in June 2024 shortly after parting ways with G2 Esports. Under Team Secret, the Australian reached the BLAST R6 Major Montreal quarterfinals before competing in the Six Invitational 2025.

Meanwhile, Gruby re-joined the team's starting lineup after being benched for one month between July and August 2024. Back then, the Polish player decided to "take a break" according to the team's coach Marlon "Twister" Mello. Eventually, he was brought to the roster again before the start of the season's second stage.

One day after Virtue's post on social media, Team Secret's CEO John "zypher84" Yao replied to the Australian's post with a picture of the team's players and staff. In the picture, Virtue can be seen looking away. However, the frame seems to be taken out of context as the former G2 Esports player explained that this happened after the team's group stage defeat against FaZe Clan.

Virtue's posts have been flooded by positive messages from the Rainbow Six Siege community, especially from players, coaches, and former competitors encouraging the player to stay strong.
