Shopify Rebellion qualified for the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup 2026 after taking down 100 Thieves after back-to-back 7-4 and 7-1 wins on Fortress and Lair, respectively.
Similarly to other matches this season, Shopify Rebellion was led by Jaylen "Ambi" Turk, who scored a SiegeGG rating of 1.45. His teammate and Six Berlin Major champion William "Spoit" Löfstedt was the second-highest rated player of the series with a SiegeGG rating of 1.34.
Whilst 100 Thieves improved from their debut in North America's Kickoff played earlier this season, the American esports powerhouse has yet to qualify for an international event. Their absence in the Esports World Cup 2026 means their next shot to do so will be in Stage 2 when teams compete to qualify for the BLAST R6 Major Osaka, which will be played in November 2026.
Shopify Rebellion's qualification for the Esports World Cup 2026 is a huge one as it will give the players a chance to lift an international trophy three months after losing the BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City grand final against DarkZero Esports.
North America will also be represented at the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup 2026 by DarkZero Esports, M80, and Wildcard, as well as Shopify Rebellion. The only North American team that featured at the BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City and that failed to qualify for the Esports World Cup 2026 was Five Fears.
