Clubhouse is one of the most popular Rainbow Six Siege maps. It has been in the game since its beginning and it has also gone through a full rework and multiple tweaks.
It's one of the most popular maps, both in Ranked matches and also in competitive. People say that finding new strategies for Clubhouse is completely impossible after ten years; and they might be right. However, to win, players don't necessarily have to think outside the box; they must master what's already out there.
To help you doing so, we have put together a list with the best operators to use on Clubhouse:
Attackers
These are the best five attackers to use on Clubhouse:
Maverick
Maverick is extremely useful on Clubhouse, especially when attacking the CCTV / Cash site. His blowtorch can be used to make Bandit, Kaid, or Tubarão tricking useless.
Maverick can also be used to silently open reinforced hatches, which are greatly important when attacking the basement site, or when opening the tunnel wall, which defenders usually reinforce.
Ace
Ace is another operator that can be really useful in Clubhouse. His loadout and operator kit makes him a splendid option, especially when attacking Gym and CCTV. His hard-breaching device should be combined with an operator that can disable electronic devices, such as Thatcher or any other attacker with access to Impact EMPs.
Small tip, Ace's mains will usually play him with flashing grenades; however, claymores can be very useful when attacking CCTV / Cash as defenders will try to run out to get kills from garage. Placing a claymore right in front of the garage door and below the window will make things harder for defenders who may want to catch your team off guard.
Thermite
Logically, Thermite is the prime hard breacher. With three charges, Thermite can open pretty much everything; that's why he's seen as the best hard breacher of the game.
Just like Ace, Thermite is a strong option to use when attacking the upper floor. Unfortunately, Thermite is usually banned at the start of the game. If he isn't, we strongly recommend you to play it.
Thatcher
In a map wher hard breachers are so important, Thatcher also becomes crucial. His operator device makes it impossible for defenders to comfortably protect reinforced walls. If you make sure to ban Tubarão early in the game, Thatcher could end up stealing the show—especially considering defenders will try to hide gadgets such as Kaid's Electroclaws.
Buck
Clubhouse isn't just for hard breachers; soft breachers have also got a say. Vertical plays are really important, making Buck and Ram two of the best attackers to use on Clubhouse. In this case, we have gone for Buck for one reason: his shotgun allows him to destroy both floors and ceilings, something that Ram can't say—as her device can only be used on floors.
Buck can be a pain for defenders if he has the right information. Using his shotgun to destroy the Cash floor from below makes him a strong option when attacking CCTV / Cash. The same can be said about Gym or, logically, the basement site.
Defenders
These are the best five defenders to use on Clubhouse:
Bandit
Logically, if we keep talking about the importance of hard-breaching operators on Clubhouse, we will mention their direct counters.
The classic option is Bandit, who can be combined with Tubarão to stop Thatcher, Kali, and their hard-breaching mates from opening the key reinforced walls. That's when Maverick comes to play; but defenders should be smart enough to ban him from the very first round.
Bandit's batteries can be countered easily but pairing him with Tubarão completely elevates the set up. Keep this information in mind for your next Clubhouse match!
Kaid
If Bandit deserves a shout, Kaid does too. His Electroclaws are smaller and don't necessarily have to be placed on the reinforced surface, which means the Moroccan's gadget is slightly more versatile and sometimes harder to find for the attackers.
At the same time, Kaid's Electroclaws can be used to electrify reinforced hatches. Although attackers have alternatives to move past these Electroclaws, especially when trying to open the reinforced hatch located on the kitchen, Kaid's gadget can earn defenders some valuable time.
Tubarão
Tubarão is one of the most meta operators in Rainbow Six Siege right now. The Portuguese operator has access to a DMR with a magnifying scope, which automatically makes him one of the most played operators in the game. However, his gadget has great importance too.
Tubarão's freezing canisters can be used to earn defenders more time as it freezes the hard breaching device. When using all of his canisters on a specific wall, Tubarão can earn around a minute of time; which is a third of the round's action. On a map where reinforced walls are so important, Tubarão has a strong place.
Smoke
Smoke is and will always be one of the best operators in Rainbow Six Siege. His device is one of the hardest to use at its full strength; his gadget can stop attackers from pushing a site for 30 seconds. It makes the attackers' life almost impossible during the final stages of a round. Moreover, given his loadout, he steals the show in small rooms with corners. He's without a doubt the best anchor to use on Clubhouse alongside Mira.
Azami
Azami is always a very useful operator to use in Rainbow Six Siege. However, on Clubhouse, Azami takes an important role. She's really strong when holding Garage, one of the backbones of Clubhouse, especially when defending CCTV / Cash.
Azami is a versatile defender and when it comes to defender lineups, he's present in most of them.
This was a look at the ten best operators to use on Clubhouse; however, we're sure you have your favorites. You can leave a comment with your favorite operators below!
