Overwatch 2’s Stadium mode is the perfect place to unwind after a sweaty ranked match. It’s where you can ‘occasionally’ step up thanks to its expansive abilities and builds from the Armory. As a semi-MOBA experience in Overwatch 2, Stadium is a wild and chaotic mode that’s perfect for some casual fun.

If you’re looking to try out Damage heroes, consider Ashe. Here’s my recommended Ashe build for Overwatch 2 Stadium:

Ashe Bang Bang Fire build

After a little experimentation, I feel like this build suits beginners well. The goal is to turn Ashe into a glass cannon from a distance. She becomes a serious threat if left unchecked, all because of her exploding dynamites that burn enemies on contact.

Not only that, when an enemy is burning, they take increased damage, letting you kill them in mere seconds with a well-placed headshot.

Ashe Build in more detail

This is a pure offensive build, so you’ll need to rely heavily on Ashe’s positioning and keep her far from the firefight. Still, I added a few Coach Gun upgrades for quick getaways when things get messy.

The endgame goal is to turn Ashe into a high-burst damage dealer, especially when enemies are burning. Focus on boosting her Ability Power in the early game, then sprinkle in perks for her Ammo Count and Weapon Damage when needed.

You don’t need to prioritize her Ultimate with B.O.B. in this mode, he’s just a sidekick. Your real weapon is her Dynamite.

Powers

  • Out With A Bang - The reason why I call this build “Bang Bang Fire.” When your Dynamite explodes, it spawns three sticky grenades that deal 30% reduced damage. The goal here is to keep the enemy team under constant burning damage while your Viper does the cleanup.
  • My Business, My Rules - Another essential. Shooting a burning enemy with Ashe’s Viper reduces her ability cooldowns by 10%, allowing you to rotate between Coach Gun and Dynamite faster.
  • Early Detonation - Shooting a Dynamite reloads 5 ammo and reduces its cooldown by 3 seconds. It’s great for maintaining pressure with less downtime.
  • Molten Munitions - A solid late-game pick when things get chaotic. It makes Dynamite explode on the ground and spew molten lava, burning enemies for 80 Ability Power every second. Perfect for disrupting team pushes.

Early game

  • Ammo Reserves - Keeps you firing without constantly reloading. Extends Viper’s ammo reserve by 20%.
  • Multi-Tool - Grants 10% Ability Power to buff your Dynamite damage and 5% cooldown reduction to help cycle Coach Gun and Dynamite faster.
  • Greased Loader - Adds 25% Max Ammo and 15% Reload Speed. You can swap this in for Ammo Reserves if you’re low on credits.
  • Silver Lighter - Adds 10% Ability Power and gives 20% more Ultimate Charge when damaging burning enemies. Ideal if you want to keep relying on B.O.B more.

Late game

  • Stacked Sticks - Increases Dynamite’s explosion radius by 40%, which is deadly against clustered enemies. Also gives 15% Ability Power for more burning damage.
  • Infrared Lenses - Lets Ashe deal 20% more damage to burning enemies, with an additional 15% Ability Power. This one’s a must-have.
  • The Closer - Perfect when you know you can hit most of your shots. Adds 20% Weapon Power and 10% Critical Damage. Critical hits reveal enemies for 3 seconds, so they can’t just run away from you.
  • Firestarter - When things get dicey and enemies keep diving you, this helps you survive a bit longer. It grants 35% Lifesteal on burning damage for better sustain until you can escape or get healed.

Flex

  • Build-A-Blast-Buckshot - Situational but useful if the enemy team hates your guts. Increases Coach Gun knockback by 50% and reduces ability cooldowns by 10%.
  • Champion’s Kit - For those who want extra power, this gives Ashe a big 35% Ability Power boost. Great for turning Dynamites into real threats.
  • Nano Cola - Adds 20% Ability Power, pushing your Dynamites even further into mini-nuke territory.
  • Ironsights - Expensive but strong, but only if you’re confident in your aim. Targets more than 10 meters away take an extra 1% damage for each meter. Perfect for long-range Viper shots.

And that’s about it for Ashe’s “Bang Bang Fire” Stadium build. Keep in mind, Ashe is a hero who demands strong mechanical skills. You’ll need good aim and consistency when popping dynamites mid-air. You also have to be quick and smart with cooldown management, especially when it comes to using her Coach Gun to dodge and reposition.
