Outlast have announced the signing of Danil "JoyStiCK" Gabov to compete in the reminder of the BLAST R6 North America League 2026 Stage 2.
The Russian player is making a return to Rainbow Six Siege's top flight for the first time since partying ways with Virtus.pro following the end of Year 10. Shortly after the start of Year 11, the 27-year-old temporarily joined Stallions, with whom he played in the Saudi eLeague 2026 and in multiple European Tier 2 qualifiers.
JoyStiCK is mainly known for his career at Team Empire. The Russian player reached the Six Invitational 2019 grand final which ended in a 0-3 defeat against G2 Esports. Shortly after, JoyStiCK and his teammates won the PL Season 9 Finals and the Six Raleigh Major.
After that, the team's best result was their second Top 2 finish at the Six Invitational, which came in February 2022. The Russian roster lost to TSM in the grand final.
Under Virtus.pro the team's best result was a third-place finish at the Six Invitational 2024 as they were eliminated by the eventual champions and back-to-back BLAST R6 Major winners w7m esports.
Outlast have yet to unveil the rest of players in the team. However, the arrival of JoyStiCK automatically makes Outlast one of the teams to follow in Stage 2.
