Fans will have to buy the paid tier of the Rivals Summer Special event if they want to unlock the Sunshine Thing skin for The Thing, the summer skin where Ben Grimm only wears a black swimsuit.
Once players pay for the event, all they have to do is keep playing until they have this skin. Gamers will also be able to unlock the Luna Snow skin through this event, so that’s two skins for one payment. Three if you count the free Thor Summer Special skin.
How long will The Thing’s summer skin be available in Marvel Rivals?
Because it's part of the paid tier, players will be able to have it forever. However, they have until August 14 to pay for this event, as it will expire after that date.
As long as players purchase the pass before that date, they will be able to unlock “The Thong” whenever they want.
