Season 3 of Marvel Rivals starts soon, and after all the rumors and teasers, Blade is finally on the way to the game. The vampire hunter has been appearing in the game's lore for the first two seasons, but he will finally step into the action.

Release date
At the time of writing, Blade is set to arrive in Season 3.5 of Marvel Rivals, which is slated to release sometime this August.
After being rescued from the hands of Dracula, the vampire hunter was seen resting in the Imperial Institute of Science's spawn room on the map Birnin T'Challa.
A recent update in Season 2.5 made the character disappear from the bed, indicating that he was awake. After this, many members in the community have started speculating that this is a clear indication that the character is coming in Season 3.
This is only speculation, so we will have to wait for more concrete leaks or any official announcement.
Design
The character was first seen in the following Season 1 art, where he is getting strangled by Dracula.
However, we got a better look at Blade's design through the in-game image, as that shows the character model we will eventually see in-game once he's added.
His design is already in the files, and the RivalsLeak account on X (formerly Twitter) posted some images to give us a look at how the model will look:
Abilities
Unfortunately, nothing has been announced or teased regarding Blade's abilities in Marvel Rivals. If we were to make some predictions, we can expect the character to have some melee attacks since he is a sword user and carries one on his back.
