Highly popular Rainbow Six Siege content creator Nicholas "Jynxzi" Stewart revealed his Rainbow Six Siege team called Jynxzi Esports.
The roster includes the former FYR Strays players, including Ryan "Mingo" Hall, Ethan "Franklin" Franklin, Loo, jayyguns, and 3ootz. All of these players have their own fanbases, with Mingo being the most popular of the five as he currently has 570k followers on Twitch.
Although even Rainbow Six Siege Esports' official social media channels commented the move, it's unclear if Jynxzi Esports will have a spot in next year's North American Tier 1. At the time of writing, it feels right to say that Jynxzi Esports will be in the race to qualify for the Six Invitational 2027 through North America's Last Chance Qualifier.
In recent times, the roster now under Jynxzi Esports has become the best team in the region's Tier 2. The players first won ELEMENT FIVE before winning back-to-back NA Open Cups in Palmetto Bay and Salt Lake City. Combining the three tournaments, the roster secured almost USD$25,000 in three months of action.
Having Jynxzi investing in its own esports team is huge news for the Rainbow Six Siege scene. If accepted in the R6 Share Program, we could have Jynxzi skins in the near future, including drone, weapon, and operator skins, as well as a weapon charm and an operator card background. However, it feels like we're still far from such a future; first, we must see if Jynxzi Esports will be part of North America's Tier 1 in the 2027 season.
