The Star Wars celebrations continue and now you can find Darth Vader in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3.
At the start of the season, a unique version of the iconic Sith was available: Samurai Vader. He's a boss who hangs at Samurai Vader's Solitude POI. Now, the original version can be found roaming around the map.
What's even more interesting is that this is an AI-powered version of Vader. You can talk to him and he'll come up with snarky responses, provided you don't try to engage in some conversation that breaks Fortnite's code of conduct. Here's where you can find him.
Darth Vader location in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3
Darth Vader can be spotted in three different locations on the map. These are Imperial Shuttle landing zones. To know where Vader will spawn during a match, try to spot the ship before you land.
The three locations are:
Vader locations
- Vader's Samurai Solitude
- The base of a snowy mountain west of Masked Meadows
- Southeast of Floxy Floodgate
As mentioned, you can try to spot the Imperial Shuttle before you drop. It's incredibly hard to miss. Once you find where it landed, you'll have to defeat Darth Vader for him to give you his own unique lightsaber and Force powers.
On top of that, once you manage to take him down, you'll be able to ask him questions using your microphone. The voice is an AI recreation of the late James Earl Jones, with Epic Games having permission to utilize a recreation of the iconic actor to portray Darth Vader one more time.
One final thing to note, don't expect to have two Vaders roaming around, as Samurai Vader is no longer available as a boss, being replaced entirely by the original version.
