First up, you need to know where to find this quest. That's very simple, land at Outlaw Oasis. You can see it in the following image:
This is where you'll be able to complete the quest
Once you land here, you'll receive the message: "Give Valentina the signal to start cracking the vault." Find the NPC and debrief her on the mission. She'll then make her way to the vault and start cracking the safe.
Valentina is super easy to spot
While she's cracking the safe, you'll need to defend Valentina from enemy NPCs that will start popping up. Kill a total of six and Valentina will finish opening the vault, at which point you'll simply need to talk to her, collect the loot, and earn your valuable XP.

For some players, the quest is not progressing. Valentina will just sit around without being able to crack the safe.
While we didn't have any issues, a fix players are reporting is to try and complete this quest in ranked mode. If you're one of those stuck, that may be your way out of it.
