FNATIC revealed the additions of Dante "Dante7" Italiani and DJ to complete the team's Rainbow Six Siege squad that will take part in the BLAST R6 Europe and MENA League 2026 Stage 2. Both players come to replace Ben "CTZN" McMillan and Jimmy "DEADSHT" Vojtasik, who had been announced as Shifters players the day before.
Dante7 is an Argentinian player with plenty of experience in South America's Tier 2. He had also competed in the already-extinct LATAM League. So far, his only international appearance came for Team Cruelty at the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup 2024.
The Argentinian player has spent the last two seasons competing in South America's Tier 2, mostly in Brazilian-majority projects. His most recent performance was at ENX, with whom he played alongside Ronaldo "ion" Osawa, Yuri "yurivst" Visintin, Israel "Hasaqui" Lemos, and Gustavo "Psycho" Rigal. Fortunately for all the players involved, they all secured Tier 1 moves as the first two joined Dplus KIA whilst Hasaqui and Psycho stayed in South America after signing for Imperial Esports and Lucky Five, respectively.
Meanwhile, DJ is quite the opposite. The British player will make his top-flight debut for FNATIC despite having no experience in Europe's Tier 2 circuit. It will be interesting to see FNATIC's growth in the next few weeks as the team's ultimate goal is to qualify for the BLAST R6 Major Osaka and the Six Invitational 2027.
