DarkZero Esports qualify for Six Invitational 2027

DarkZero Esports has become the second team to qualify for the Six Invitational 2027 after FaZe Clan, who clinched a spot in August 2026 after winning the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup 2026. The purple roster is the first to qualify for the event through the global standings.

The majority of DarkZero Esports’ total SI Points tally comes from the BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City, their first international trophy in Rainbow Six Siege since the Six Charlotte Major. It was the team’s first international championship since acquiring Spacestation’s former core earlier this year.

This is great news for DarkZero Esports as the American esports organization missed out on the Six Invitational 2026—the only edition they didn’t qualify for since joining the Rainbow Six Siege esports scene. Historically, the team’s best results are two Top 6 finishes in 2020 and 2024’s editions.

DarkZero Esports’ qualification for the Six Invitational 2027 has been confirmed after this week’s matches in the BLAST R6 North America League 2026 Stage 2. The Salt Lake City champions didn’t just qualify for the playoffs but Wildcard and Five Fears missed out on the Top 6; leaving the top teams on the global standings in an even better position to secure their presence in the event in the next few days.

Additionally, results in Europe and MENA earlier this week, which see G2 Esports, Virtus.pro, and Twisted Minds sharing the same side of the bracket, as well as Leviatán and Four Angry Men finishing outside of China’s Top 6 have made the path to the Six Invitational 2027 smoother for the highest scoring teams on the standings.
