BLAST R6 South America League 2026 Stage 1 - Team of the Stage

As we slowly approach the start of the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup 2026, we have put together our team of the stages. Each top flight division will have its own, including two entries, two flexes, and one IGL.

In this article we have had a look at the BLAST R6 South America League Stage 1. The league was mostly dominated by FaZe Clan, who only lost three games. The back-to-back world champions ended up winning the split.

In the mix, we have also added one player from Team Liquid Alienware and FURIA each. These two complete the podium; the Black Panthers finished in second while the Blue Cavalry finished in third.

Therefore, the BLAST R6 South America League 2026 Stage 1 Team of the Stage consists of the following players:

Here's a look at each players' numbers in the BLAST R6 South America League 2026 Stage 1:

Diego "Kheyze" Zanello (Team Liquid Alienware)

Kheyze was the best player of the stage, securing some really strong performances especially during the group stage. The Brazilian was also Team Liquid Alienware's second-best player in their best victory of the split, their 2-0 victory against FaZe Clan. In that specific match, the former FURIA player averaged a SiegeGG rating of 1.22.

Overall, Kheyze averaged the best SiegeGG rating of the stage (1.19) and he also averaged the second-highest K-D and entry balances. The Brazilian also averaged the third-highest KOST of the split.

Jaime "Cyber" Ramos (FaZe Clan)

Cyber was the league's best entry after averaging the highest entry balance of the stage, an impressive balance of 55-43 (+12). In other words, the Brazilian was involded in 98 of the 241 openers in FaZe Clan's games in Stage 1. Logically, this has had an impact in his survival numbers, being the lowest in the team. Cyber's K-D was the fourth-highest in his team but also the seventh-highest in the whole league. He also scored positive ratings in three of FaZe Clan's five playoff matches, as he secured 1.05, 1.35, and 1.27 ratings against LOUD, LOS, and Team Liquid Alienware, respectively.

Thiago "Handyy" Ferreira (FaZe Clan)

Putting all SiegeGG ratings aside, Handyy undoubtedly is the best player of the stage. The Brazilian scored the second-highest rating (1.16) only behind Team Liquid Alienware's Kheyze. His K-D of 216-158 (+58) was the highest of the split. He also averaged the highest KOST in FaZe Clan (67) and averaged the second-highest KPR in the stage (0.89).

Most importantly, Handy performed well when it most mattered for FaZe Clan. He was the best player in FaZe Clan's victories against Team Liquid Alienware and FURIA, with SiegeGG ratings of 1.34 and 1.15. He was also the highest-rated player in FaZe Clan in their EWC 2026 qualifying game against LOUD, as he scored a SiegeGG rating of 1.40. In other words, when the team needed the Best Player of Year 10 to perform, he always delivered.

Lucas "Dias" Dias (FURIA)

Since joining South America's top flight, Dias has shown outstanding consistency in the region. He was the highest-rated player in Kickoff (1.29) and in Stage 1 he averaged a SiegeGG rating of 1.08, FURIA's best rating in the league and the seventh-highest in the tournament. From the start to the season until now, Dias has been huge.

In Stage 1, Dias has been that player who can do absolutely everything. His KOST and survival numbers where the highest in the league, being 71 and 42, respectively. He also averaged the fourth-highest K-D whilst maining Hibana and Warden. Additionally, he was the player with the most clutches (6).

Victor "VITAKING" Augusto (FaZe Clan)

Seen as the best IGL in the world, VITAKING's Stage 1 has been brilliant. He averaged a SiegeGG rating of 1.07, which is particularly high considering the role he plays. His K-D of 170-147 (+23) is an exception to the norm among other IGLs. He averaged the second-highest survival in the competition whilst also contributing with 13 plants and 5 clutches.

The Brazilian was also rock-solid in FaZe Clan's playoff games, only averaging negative ratings in the team's defeat against Team Liquid Alienware and the team's 2-1 victory against LOS. He was the second-highest rated player in their grand final win against FURIA.
