During RE:L0:AD, Rainbow Six Siege X's first-ever competition, Ubisoft unveiled everything that's coming with Year 10 and Operation Daybreak.

However, information about the BLAST R6 2025 Season was also revealed, including a quick glance at the BLAST R6 Major November 2025. Here's everything we know so far about it:

Location and venue

The BLAST R6 Major November 2025 will be played in Munich, Germany. Therefore, this season's Major is known as the BLAST R6 Major Munich.

While the action held between November 8 and November 12 will be played behind closed doors, the BLAST R6 Major Munich Finals will take place in the city's BMW Park Arena, an indoor arena located in Munich's Sendling-Westpark. The venue is the home of Bayern Munich's basketball team and it can host up to 7,200 people.

Prize pool

The BLAST R6 Major Munich will have a prize pool of USD$750,000. However, BLAST and Ubisoft have yet to unveil the distribution of the prize pool across the teams involved.

Dates

The BLAST R6 Major Munich will take place between November 8 and November 16. The competition will be divided into Phase 1 and Phase 2, which will take place during the following days:

  • Phase 1: November 8 to November 11
  • Phase 2: November 12 to November 16

It's worth mentioning that no matches will be played on November 13. Additionally, while the matches between November 8 and November 12 will be played behind closed doors, the tournament's Finals played from November 14 to November 16 will be open to the public.

Format

BLAST and Ubisoft have yet to unveil information about the tournament's format. However, there are two reasons to think the BLAST R6 Major Munich format will be slightly different to the one seen in Manchester and Montreal.

First, as mentioned above, the BLAST R6 Major Munch will have two phases. This is already different to the previous four BLAST R6 Majors, which were divided into three phases. That's because there was a play-in stage that has likely been scrapped for this year, reducing the number of participants from 20 to 16 teams.

Second and most important, Phase 2 — the last phase of the tournament — will be played on November 12 and between November 14 and November 16. Before, the BLAST R6 Major Finals would only last three days, all of them played in front of a crowd.

Teams

FURIA RE:L0:AD

The BLAST R6 Major Munich will include 16 teams. The four best teams from each top flight regional league will qualify for the competition. Here's a look at how the spots will be distributed:

  • South America League 2025 Stage 2: 4 teams
  • North America League 2025 Stage 2: 4 teams
  • Europe and MENA League 2025 Stage 2: 4 teams
  • APAC League 2025 Stage 2: 4 teams
