Season 4 of Black Ops 6 and Warzone is not too far away now, meaning more content is coming. The Treyarch title has received a fair amount of additions in Season 3, from a new Zombies map to new collaborations like the Seth Rogen operator.
While we wait for any official information, we have gathered everything we know about the upcoming season, along with a few of our predictions or expectations.
Release date
Barring any changes or last-minute delays, Season 4 of Black Ops 6 and Warzone is scheduled to come out on Thursday, May 29th at 9:00 AM PT (5:00 PM BST).
PC players will be able to preload the corresponding update a few days before. On the other hand, the preload for console users will begin a few hours before launch.
The season will last around eight weeks, with a significant patch arriving in the middle to bring all the Season 4 Reloaded content.
What do we know/expect?
The season will likely follow the same format we are used to seeing in this post-launch period for Black Ops 6.
In other words, some of the additions we are expecting are new multiplayer maps, weapons, perks, scorestreaks, operators, collaborations with other IPs, and special game modes.
On the Zombies' side, a report from earlier this year suggested three more maps were in development after The Tomb's release in Season 2. Now that Shattered Veil is out, this means that two more maps are on the way if the report is correct.
Having said that, we are expecting a new map to drop at the start of this season. The map will most likely take place at Janus Towers, as indicated by the Shattered Veil's easter egg storyline.
