How to dash in Battlefront 2?

Battlefront 2

Here's how you can dash in Battlefront 2 across the different platforms:

On PC

To perform a dash on PC, the default key is Left Alt. So while moving in any direction, you can press Left Alt to perform a quick roll.

However, you can also change the default dash key. Here's how:

Navigate to Options > Controls > Keybindings and look for the Dodge action and assign it to a key that suits your playstyle better.

On Xbox

If you're playing on Xbox, dashing can be done by double-tapping B while moving in any direction. For example, double-pressing B while pushing the lipstick forward will make your character roll forward. To dodge left or right, double tap on B while pushing the stick sideways.

On PS5

Performing a dash on PS5 is almost similar. Just double-tap the Circle while moving in any direction you want. This will trigger a quick roll or sidestep, depending on the character you are using.

Dashing is extremely useful when you are under fire, trying to escape a tight situation. Also, it offers an upper hand in hero battles or when you are trying to break line-of-sight with enemy players.
