Apex Legends ranked map pool rotation for Season 26

E-District is back!

Apex Legends E-District

Apex Legends is one of the most popular FPS and Battle Royales out there, nobody can put that in doubt. With around 100,000 online players every day only on Steam, it's fair to say the expectations in EA and Respawn's title are big.

To keep the experience fresh for players it's important to update the game with new seasons of content, upgrading and downgrading characters to mantain the game healthy, and updating the store to offer hardcore fans new options to customize their favorite legends.

However, an aspect that many players forget about is the ranked map pool rotation. In Apex Legends, the ranked map pool consists of three maps — and keeping it updated is crucial. After all, that's what the most passionate fans will play at the end of the day. So, imagine always playing the same three maps? No way!

Well, that was the life of players for almost two years, as between Season 22 and Season 25 there were no ranked map pool updates. In the mid-season update of Season 25, Respawn decided to remove Storm Point and Olympus to add Broken Moon and Kings Canyon. Fortunately for players, another change is upon us as Apex Legends' map rotation will change in Season 26, according to leaks.

According to leaks, Apex Legends' ranked map pool rotation for Season 26 will include E-District, Broken Moon, and Storm Point. This means Olympus will be removed to add E-District.

E-District is a big map in Apex Legends that allows a lot of different play styles. While it has some open areas, the buildings in the city are often used to create ambushes and other types of strategies that can't be performed in other maps. Therefore, the addition of E-District shapes things up a little bit!

As of now, the fans' thoughts have been mixed. While some believe this is a very good ranked map pool rotation, some other fans just seem to hate it. Whether you like it or not, this will likely be Apex Legends ranked map pool rotation for Season 26!

While an Apex Legends Season 26 release date hasn't been fully confirmed yet, we expect it to be launched in early August. So, if you're an Olympus fan, enjoy it whilst you can!
