Epic Games announced a new anime collaboration to kick off Chapter 6 Season 2. Let's break down everything we know about the Fortnite x Cowboy Bebop collaboration.

With a new season, fans will have new content to grind, including a fresh battle pass, more POIs to discover, and new crossovers to look forward to, including Cowboy Bebop making its long-awaited debut in the battle royale.

Epic has confirmed both paid and free rewards will be available for players to earn. If you don't want to miss out on anything, here's what you need to know ahead of Spike and Faye's debut in Fortnite.

Fortnite x Cowboy Bebop release date

The Cowboy Bebop collaboration will start on February 28, the Fortnite Item Shop will get skins and other cosmetics inspired by the iconic anime.

Then, Epic Games will launch exclusive quests that will grant XP on March 1. Completing these will let you unlock free cosmetics.

Two skins will be available for players to purchase using V-Bucks via the item shop. These are:

  • Faye Valentine

Expect other complimentary cosmetics like emotes, backblings, and pickaxes to come as part of their bundles. Once we get more information about the full crossover we'll update this section.

Fortnite x Cowboy Bebop free rewards

As mentioned, there will be free rewards that can be obtained by completing the exclusive Cowboy Bebop quests coming on March 1. The rewards you'll be able to unlock are:

  • Cowboy Bebop Wrap
  • Bebop Legends Loading Screen (seen above)

The quest will be available until March 18, giving players a bit over two weeks to complete them and earn exclusive rewards before they're gone.
