The first week of the VCT 2025 Americas Stage 1 started shaping the competition's two groups. By the end of the group stage, the best four rosters from each group will move to the playoffs and play for one of the three spots the region has to play at the Valorant Masters Toronto.

Here's everything that happened in the first week of action:

Here are this week's results in Group Alpha, including:

  • KRÜ Esports 2-1 LOUD
  • 2GAME Esports 0-2 Evil Geniuses
  • Sentinels 2-1 100 Thieves

The first match of the week in Group Alpha was the South American clash between KRÜ Esports and LOUD.

In a time where both teams are looking to get back to international heights, a decent start to the stage was needed. However, the Chilean squad ended up taking the victory.

Despite the final result, the Brazilians hit first with a 13-3 win on Fracture. Such a one-sided display was followed by a similar outcome, this time a 13-2 KRÜ Esports win on Haven. Finally, the pink roster secured the win after a 13-10 victory on Split.

Without a doubt, the highly-experienced Angelo "keznit" Mori was the best player of the game with an ACS of 269 and 53 kills to his name.

Two days later, teams on Group Alpha were back in action as Evil Geniuses took down 2GAME Esports after 13-11 and 13-8 wins on Haven and Lotus, respectively. Immediately after, Sentinels and 100 Thieves faced off against in a match full of ups and downs for the Valorant Masters Bangkok bound.

As expected by many, Sentinels started the series on the right foot with a rock-solid 13-5 win on Pearl. However, 100 Thieves leveled the series with a 13-9 win on Haven. Finally, Sentinels put to an end the match with an outstanding 13-1 win on Split.

This time, NRG hit first with a 13-6 win on Lotus. Fortunately for Cloud9, the players got back on track after a 13-5 win on Fracture. Eventually, the team closed out the series with a 13-9 win on Pearl.

The second day of the week saw the remaining Group Omega games being played, with G2 Esports and MIBR taking wins against FURIA Esports and Leviatán, respectively.
